Christian is an Atlanta, GA native who has found his current home in Denver, CO. His experience thus far is characterized by hard work, consistency, and perseverance as he has continually reached personal and professional goals that have lead to his position as Principal & Lead Consultant at Highlander Consulting Group.

Christian started out his consulting career at Oracle where he got to work on all phases of the implementation life cycle from pre-sales, bidding, and estimating projects, to end-to-end implementation delivery. During this time, he worked closely with product management and product development leadership in which he was able to gain invaluable experience. Christian was at the forefront of the new recruiting Cloud software when it first came to public market in 2018. He implemented Oracle’s first ever recruiting cloud customer and played a key role in the evolution of recruiting and on-boarding modules, guiding the enhancements based on industry and client needs.

He has always had an eye for ways to improve and change the norms of the industry, working meticulously to identify solutions that increase efficiency and effectiveness. This skill combined with his entrepreneurial spirit, has lead to the founding of Highlander Consulting Group.
